From the Cpanel 10 or Cpanel 11, it is possible to click on “Backup” icon to take full-site backup. The result is a file called backup_****.tar which is a GZ file. To an expert System admin, with this file, HE CAN RESTORE THE SITE IN AS SHORT AS 5-10 MINUTES ON THE DOMAIN, EVEN IF THE SIZE OF BACKUP IS VERY LARGE, SAY, 400 MB.
